ZPods pods fit the ZPods battery and STLTH-compatible devices. ZColors pods fit the ZLand device. ZColors Mini pods fit the ZLand Mini. ZBlock pods fit the ZBlock device. Every product page lists what it fits, and the setup finder walks you through it.

A 2 ml ZPods pod is rated for up to about 400 puffs, a ZColors pod for about 15 000 puffs and a ZColors Mini pod for about 900 puffs. Actual numbers depend on how long each draw is.

ZPods, ZBlock, ZColors and ZColors Mini pods and the 30 ml e-liquids use 20 mg/mL (2%) nicotine salt, the maximum allowed in Canada.

Yes. On a pod product page switch on “Mix flavours”, set a quantity for each flavour and add them all to the cart in one step.

Start with a kit: the ZBlock starter kit includes the device and a pod. If you already own a STLTH-compatible device, ZPods work with it.

Vaping products sold in Canada carry an excise stamp, and some provinces have their own. Pick the stamp of the province the order ships to. On the product page, choose your province under “Ship to province” and the matching stamp is preselected.

No. The pods and liquid are the same; the stamp shows that duty was paid for that province. Some provinces restrict which flavours can be sold, so the flavour list can differ between stamp versions.

Most orders leave our Markham, Ontario (Toronto area) warehouse within 1 business day by Canada Post Expedited, unless you pick another option at checkout (Canada Post Priority, Purolator Ground or Express). Recent orders to Ontario and Quebec were delivered 1–3 business days after ordering; other provinces can take longer.

Shipping is free on orders of $75 CAD or more for shipping options up to $20. Under $75, Canada Post Expedited is about $11–19 depending on province; the exact rate shows at checkout.

Vaping products can only be sold to adults of legal age in their province (18, 19 or 21 depending on where you live). Age is verified at checkout. ZLab products are intended for adults who already smoke or vape. When you click Checkout, an AgeChecker.Net window asks for your date of birth and may ask for your name and address; a photo ID may be required.
